I am currently working on my thesis, which is an album curating my memory of us and our growth as a class. The album consists of memories in form of illustration, sketching, writing, and comic spreads.
Current step: I have been exploring a style of character drawing that allows vivid facial expressions without exaggerating features like a cartoon. My goal is to curate memorable moments as honest as possible.

Stepped up to character model sheet! Perhaps I could make this a separate page to treat it like a progress blog.

Revised the full body shot, since I wanted the pose to look more fluid, less stale. My goal is to stylize everyone while retaining body proportions as modestly as possible. The Body naturally leans to one side, but asymmetry shouldn't compromise details (i.e. limb shape, weight, thickness.)

I took a break since my sleep schedule was messed up for a while.
But also, looking at both illustrations and photo references gave me ideas on refining more characters. I'm hoping to finish this step by weekend so I can concentrate on drawing the comics.
